How to use To-do’s to manage daily operations

Learn how to manage and message your guests with the to-do’s page

The To-Dos page is your daily command center: it shows who is arriving, who is leaving, and who is staying at your park on any given day, and lets you check guests in, collect payments, and get rules signed without leaving the page.

This article walks through the updated To-Dos layout, including the new tabs, bulk actions, and view options.

Overview check-ins, check-outs, and current guests

The to-do’s page provides a summary of reservations for the current day, with customers split into check-ins, check-outs, and your current guests. Each customer’s entry includes a summary of relevant information, including their sites, reservation dates, payment status, and more.

Guests are sorted into five tabs based on where they are in their stay for the selected date.

Choose a date and sort order

The To-Dos page opens to today. To view a different day, use the date picker in the top-left corner:

  • Click the date to pick any day from the calendar.
  • Click the left or right arrow to step back to yesterday or forward to tomorrow, one day at a time.

This is handy for previewing tomorrow's arrivals or messaging every guest staying on a specific date.

You can also sort the list by site order or by guest last name.

Work with a reservation

Each row shows one reservation at a glance: the site, reservation dates, whether the guest has signed your park rules, and any balance still due.

Click the arrow on a row to expand it and see the full reservation details. The same actions (check in, sign rules, take payment) are available in the expanded view.

To open the full reservation, click View reservation. It slides over the page so you don't lose your place in the list.

💡

Hover over a row to reveal its quick actions:

  • Sign rules – have the guest sign your park rules.
  • Take payment – collect any remaining balance.
  • Check in – mark the guest as arrived. They move straight to the Current guests tab.

Perform bulk actions on multiple guest reservations

You can act on multiple reservations together instead of one at a time.

  1. Select the checkbox next to each guest you want to update.
  1. An action menu appears at the bottom of the screen.
  1. Choose Mark as checked in. All selected guests move to the Current guests tab.

Customize what you see

  1. Click the View options button in the top left.
  1. Check the details you want to see, and uncheck the ones you don't. For example, you might hide reservation color, add-ons, notes, and email, and keep only guest name, site, and phone number.

Your choices apply to both the on-screen list and printed guest lists.

By default, rows are minimized. If you prefer the expanded layout of the previous To-Dos page, open View options and uncheck Minimize view. Every row will then show its full details by default.

Print a guest list

Printed lists are useful for camp hosts and staff who walk the park to meet guests in person. Each printed list includes checkboxes to track guests as they check in or pay.

  1. Set your View options so only the details you want on paper are checked.
  1. Click Print.
  1. Choose which group of guests to print, and your browser's print dialog opens.

Message guests in bulk

You can send one message to many guests at once.

  1. Click Message guests at the top-right of the page.
  1. Choose which guests to message: check-ins, check-outs, or all current guests.
  1. Choose Email or Text. Guest contact information fills in automatically.
  1. Add a subject and your message, plus any attachments.
  1. Optionally include an invoice, reservation information, or a payment link with each message.
