How to mark an offline payments type

You can mark an offline payment as a specific type like cash or check. This is tracked in the reservation history and reports

Park allows you to record the type of offline payment received for a reservation. You can select Cash or Check, or create custom payment types such as Money Order or Venmo.

This makes it easier to track and report on payments collected outside of Park.

Available Offline Payment Types

Park includes two default offline payment types:

  • Cash
  • Check

You can also create custom offline payment types based on the payment methods your business accepts.
